Gift Wrapping Just Got Easier
Today's to-do list contained a fun item. Get a bridal shower gift for a dear friend's daughter. Zoey and I are attending this event tomorrow. The Bride to be is registered at Bed, Bath and Beyond. We rounded up our coupons and headed out.
Let's talk coupons first. Bed, Bath and Beyond has changed things a little in the coupon department. They have always been known for honoring coupons passed their expiration date. That is still true however the former 20% off coupons now become 10% off after a certain expiration date.
Also, did you know that if you don't have coupons when you make a purchase, you can go back later with the receipt and get the discount after the fact?
Zoey and I are Bed, Bath and Beyond coupon experts already but we were about to learn about a whole new way to save money that we had never known before. We picked out our purchases, presented our coupons, paid and prepared to leave the store. The last thing the cashier said to us was, "help yourself to wrapping supplies or wrap it here free of charge"! What?
She pointed to a section in the corner and we decided to check it out.
They also provided purple netting ribbon.
They provided different size boxes. Zoey made sure to take a picture of me when I folded up the wrong size lid!

*One of the employees told us that as long as you make a purchase you are welcome to the wrapping supplies. You can take items to assist with your wrapping the gift at home, grab some tissue paper to put in your gift package, cut off some purple ribbon to use on a birthday gift, or grab a box!

The wrapping center contained a roll of heavy duty reversible wrapping paper, silver and white print on one side and plain silver on the opposite side. Silver print and white tissue paper was available also to package inside.
